Sales & Support Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Kongsberg Discovert as Sales and Support Assistant, reporting to our Lead Engineer. In this role, you will be a part of the customer response team in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming requests via e-mail and phone as well as performing due diligence and compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests from customers within the areas of new sales, aftermarket sales, repair, calibration, exchange deals and rental
• Creation of sales and service orders
• Perform required due diligence and compliance checks
• Act according to international trade and export regulations
  
  

Qualifications and experience

• Experience from customer service
• Experience in processing orders
• Fluent communication in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written
  
  

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
