Are you our new Senior Network Analyst?

Norwegian is looking for a new analyst to join the Network & Commercial department, based in Oslo. The department is a part of the Commercial division together with Revenue, Sales & Distribution and Airline Planning.

As a member of the Network & Commercial team you will be key in directly influencing where and how we fly. You will monitor competitor activity, route performance and keep key reports up to date to ensure we make the best decisions. Through detailed analysis you will help support the team optimize the route portfolio and maximize profitability for the Norwegian group.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• You have a university degree in engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, or general business studies
• You have 2-5 years' experience in an analytical or BI position, however, talented recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong business acumen
• Experience from analyzing market intelligence data
• You have a strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or Tableau, QlikView or similar)
• EU/EEA work permit is mandatory

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Execute/Implement on the company`s strategy and deliver cost efficient flying and generate best possible profitability for our route portfolio
• Optimization of the route program, ensure optimal route mix, review route and base performance and propose changes
• Assess new market and routes opportunities based on industry and economic trends
• Monitoring the competitive environment.
• Performing ad hoc analysis and participate in internal projects
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure use of best practice
