Manager Project Document Management & Administrative Services
To fulfil a senior management role within the Document Management and admin service function in Norway Execution Center (EC). Set the strategic framework for Document Management and drive integration of document handling during project execution. Daily management of the members of the Document Management Department.
Job Description
- Lead, manage and develop the Document Management and Admin group according to Company core values and foundational beliefs.
- Develop and follow up goals for the department.
- Plan and manage allocation of personnel to projects and departments according to operational requirements.
- Recruit and ensure training of staff and consultants as necessary.
- Conduct regular group meetings and 1:1 follow up with staff.
- Actively participate in the department's leadership team in order to develop and improve current operations and establish and achieve short- and long-term goals.
- Identify weaknesses in the group's work processes and use of tools. Propose improvements, initiate and implement improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in relevant global networks and network activities.
- Facilitate, manage and implement regionally and, as applicable, globally aligned work processes and tools within own group in cooperation with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and improve working practices in areas of records, document and correspondence management. Facilitate implementation of information governance strategy and policies
- Manage and participate in analysis of requirements in ITTs for new projects and clients and development of solutions and recommendations that safeguard TechnipFMC's interests in new contracts.
- Support the implementation of new document management tool (Opentext)
- Minimum 7 years' experience working within project execution areas.
- Minimum of 5 years of Leadership experience
- Relevant leadership experience in a multicultural environment
- Good understanding of core business operations and objectives
- Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Norway, without sponsorship.
