Analyst

You will work closely with the CEO of Norway, the marketing team, the product people, the developers, the customer service, as well as with our banking partners. Your analyses will be important for making the right decisions for the organisation's development. We are looking for someone that is motivated by working with numbers and analysis, while at the same time can challenge themselves to think strategically and be able to see "behind the numbers".

Responsibilities

· Responsible for Lendo Norway's insight platform

· Conduct exploration of data to find connections that help make good, insight-based decisions

· Collaborate proactively with the various departments (market, tech, product, partner, customer service, & management) to monitor product health, prioritize features, measure performance etc.

· Responsible for organization of Lendo Norway’s Tableau server and its access management

· Make data available to all departments by designing new and maintaining existing dashboards/reports in Tableau

· Identify reporting needs

· Be involved in developing controlled experiments and hypotheses about new products, processes or marketing campaigns

· Share insights into strategic decisions and business development

· Help us get the most out of our many marketing millions on TV, Google, newspapers etc. etc.

· Contribute to projects where we use machine learning to predict results and user behavior

· Close collaboration with analysis networks across Lendo Global

· Support CEO of Lendo Norway

· Automate reporting tasks via e.g. Alteryx

· Build and maintain data sets that can be used for analysis (ETL processes using tools such as SQL and Alteryx)

· Testing and further development of a new database in collaboration with skilled developers

Experience

· Relevant education at Bachelor's or Master's level (experience can compensate for lack of education)

· At least one year's experience in similar role(s)

· Experience in setting frameworks for analysis, solution design and implementation

· Experience with uncovering user needs and user behavior, event tagging and tracking

· Experience with SQL, Excel and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)

· Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx is a plus

· Knowledge of statistics and statistical methods/models, e.g. regression analysis, clustering and factor analysis

· Self-motivated and fond of cooperating across various disciplines (marketing, product, technology, commercial, customer center, etc.)
