We are specialists in managing large projects from feasibility studies and conceptual engineering, through FEED, detailed engineering, construction, installation and modifications.Engineering is executing major projects across the globe in both oil and gas and renewables sectors.
We are now looking for a HSSE Manager who wants to join our team.
What will you be doing?
- Establish, manage and update the HSSE Management System for the execution phas
- Ensure coordination of HSSE interfaces with other parties
- Ensure HSSE Culture and Leadership is implemented
- Monitor the project HSSE program.
- Assess the HSSE Management System and develop and implement procedures to cover all HSSE activities
- Verify critical aspects with regards to Project HSSE. Initiate reviews, audits and other mitigating measures when found necessary
- Ensure implementation of operational and occupational HSSE requirements at all project sites, including civil construction sites
- Provide information on HSSE requirements, goals and objectives to involved parties
- Review revisions of HSSE acts and regulations and initiate evaluation of possible project impact
We think you should have:
- BSc. or MSc. degree within relevant subjects with Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of HSSE management systems and processes
- Knowledge of renewable industry
- Knowledge about construction
- Technical background with an analytical mindset
- Hands on, independent and service-minded
