Our People & Transformation department in Bergen is now looking for an HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor at Aker Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of change, supporting our team in various HR-related areas.

What will you be doing?

• Operational Support: Update and maintain HR masterdata across our locations, and offer day-to-day operational support, ensuring the HR function runs seamlessly
• Driving Innovation: Contribute to HR improvement projects and tools, such as talent management, employee engagement surveys, performance management, and HR process digitalization
• Digital Transformation: Contribute in HR digitalization processes on our digital platform, taking HR processes to the next level
• Onboarding Excellence: Support the onboarding process by conducting day-one orientations for new hires
• Legal Expertise: Support line managers and employees on relevant laws, administrative regulations, procedures, and other HR matters

We think you should have:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field or equivalent education, training, and experience
• Tech Savvy: Experience with system support and proficiency in using IT tools and digital solutions
• HR Expertise: Demonstrated experience in HR work, with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in teams
• Driven: Proactive and enthusiastic, with a structured and efficient approach to work
• Language Skills: Excellent oral and written language skills in both Norwegian and English
