We are looking for a Field Responsible for our downhole business

TCO AS has an open position as Field Responsible in the Operations Department. As a project coordinator this role is an integral part in ensuring the projects are executed as needed, and an important connector between sales, manufacturing and offshore activities. The Field Responsible will report to Field Service Manager

The position will be located at the TCO office in Indre Arna - Bergen.

Some travelling is to be expected.

 Main Tasks

Tasks will normally consist of, but not be limited to:

·        Day-to-day running of operations

·        Coordination of operations for customers

·        Check products and equipment at customers

·        Documentation of operation activities

·        Make suggestions for and undertake product, quality and productivity improvements

·        Assistance with technical sales and marketing support

·        Customer and end-user product training

·        Follow up of rental equipment at customer

·        Undertake Quality and HSE activities

·        Give invoicing input for completed work

·        Verification of equipment/products and dispatch for operations

·        Work offshore if needed

·        Duty phone rotation

 Minimum requirements for competences

·        Experience with customer and vendor management, related to offshore activities or other industries with strict requirements for quality is preferred.

·        Background from completion or drilling is preferred.

·        Offshore experience is preferred.

·        Systematic, independent and analytical

·        Initiative, the ability to see things through and to work with others

·        Good verbal and written formulation in Norwegian and English
