As our Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce, from recruitment strategies to employee development programs. You will collaborate closely with our operations team and other department leaders, ensuring that our hiring processes are seamless and that our company culture remains vibrant and inclusive.
What can I expect from the job in the coming years?
As reTyre continues its rapid growth trajectory, your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our HR practices evolve accordingly. You will be at the forefront of strategizing for our workforce needs in new markets and ensuring that our team is diverse, skilled, and motivated, no matter where they are located. You will build up the HR team and acquire the people necessary to run an efficient HR department.
Who are you?
You possess several years of experience in human resources, with a track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies. Your detail-oriented nature is complemented by a solution-focused approach, and you have the capability to assume responsibility for a team and its success. Your role will be fundamental in driving our company's growth by ensuring we have the right people in the right places. Previous experience with Scaleups is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities for this role:
- Strategy Development: Develop and lead HR strategies that align with reTyre's vision.
- Recruitment: Oversee the company's recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their HR needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Employee Development: Design and implement training and development programs.
- Policy Creation and Implementation: Develop HR policies and ensure their adherence throughout the company.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review protocols.
- Team Building: Foster a positive work culture and handle conflict resolution.
- Reporting: Regularly report to the executive team on HR metrics and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in HR roles, with a demonstrated history of tangible results.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and tools.
- Certifications: HR-related certifications will be advantageous.
- Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Norwegian and other languages are a plus.

Who will my colleagues be?
As the Head of HR, you will be a part of the Operations department. Reporting primarily to Alex (COO), expect close collaboration with all leaders and key personnel in the company. You will be working alongside other roles within Operations, such as the Compliance Director and Sustainability Manager.
