Customer Service Specialist
Greencarrier Consolidators in Norway are looking for a new member to join our Customer Service team in Oslo. We are searching for you who are committed, service-minded, engaged and share our interest in sustainable logistics and customer service.
About the position
In this role you need to enjoy combining customer service with administrative tasks. You will build strong customer relations and be part of developing our work processes as well as our customer service approach.
Your main tasks:
- Manage shipping assignments according to customer needs and agreement.
- Making quotations for individual shipments, including estimating prices, selecting logistic providers and managing documentation.
- Coordination with warehouses, forwarders, and suppliers
- Building and developing both customer and network relations.
- Promoting a positive relationship with clients by ensuring timely and proactive customer service
- Communicating with providers with aim to resolve any potential issues or delays.
- Invoicing and establishing/updating customer records.
About you
We are looking for a person with service-minded attitude with high motivation and drive.

About your experience
We are looking for you with minimum 2 years´ experience from container shipping, preferably from LCL. Previous experience from CargoWise advantageous but not required
The role requires good interpersonal skills when it involves many internal and external contacts. You possess good knowledge in MSOffice365 and find it easy to learn how to work in new systems. As daily communication takes place in an international environment, it is important that you have good knowledge in Norwegian, English, verbally and in writing,
