The position
By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:
FCoE PO Employee Relations, together with local PO (people and organization) outside of Norway, is responsible for providing a global and total support and advisory service for leaders covering PO policies, disciplinary and legal cases.
In this role you will:
Provide professional support and advisory to leaders in line with local legislative requirements and regulations, company specific guidelines and policies and best practices. Coordinate legal support when appropriate in individual matters.
Have the opportunity to learn and develop as a HR professional by supporting Business areas, Corporate staffs and functions in various roles, tasks and projects.
Be part of a global team and take part in developing the Individual employment relations function in Equinor.
Responsible for assessing, developing and support implementation of different HR Processes and improvement work.
Undertake and be involved in a variety of tasks and perform cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
We currently have a group of 16 dedicated specialists located in Oslo, Stavanger, Bergen, Aberdeen/London, Rio de Janeiro and Houston.
You

Master’s degree, preferable within law, HR, business management, economics or similar. Bachelor's degree will suffice with more years’ experience.
5-10 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder manager skills.
Analytic and strategic skills, and a systematic work approach with ability to drive continuous improvement.
Knowledge to Norwegian employment law and/or the National Insurance Act is preferred.
Fluent in English and Norwegian.
Motivated to continuously learn, develop, and work independently.
