At MORROW our pioneering R&D team is now recruiting a talented (Senior) Research Scientist to help us develop our battery cells within the game-changing - LNMO//C chemistry. By completely eliminating the use of Cobalt we are creating batteries that are not only more environmentally friendly but also more cost effective.

We are working with leading partners to ensure a high degree of competence and faster growth. Furthermore, the project is tightly tied to a major European OEM, both as a customer and as an R&D partner. You will be in the interface, to help guide and prioritize the development. You shall analyze and interpret the data, prioritize, and lead activities, present findings and provide well-rounded technical support. This brings a work environment of constant development and challenges so you will be self-driven with the ability to adapt and thrive during our scale-up phase.

This could be a perfect fit for you if you hold:

• PhD in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent
• minimum of 1 year’s work experience
• experience in analyzing battery test data

Our ideal Scientist would also have experience with LNMO and project management.
