Security Engineer (IAM)

Group Security is responsible for leading the overall security work in DNB, ensuring that security is included as a natural part of the business. The division consists of around 150 people to carry out this work. You will be part of a team counting 42 persons where 12 are engineers.

We do this in order to be able to meet an increasingly sharp threat picture, increased external expectations for secure services, and strict regulatory requirements. Our aim is to strengthen the overall security management in the group, delivery of joint security services and continue to increase the use of automation and ground-breaking technology to secure the group against todays and future threats. DNB is at the forefront of digitization within the financial sector and is making several exciting modernizations in the period ahead.

About the role

As a security engineer for IAM, you will be part of the Access Services team in DNB. You will be able to participate in modernizing the technical infrastructure for identity and access management. In DNB this cover account provisioning, controlling privileged access, building access control and surveillance solutions.

Core tasks

• Participate in the work with integrations, automation and development of the tools and IAM infrastructure
• Participate in solution design and implementation that require interdisciplinary infrastructure expertise with safety perspective
• Participate in solution design of IAM and PAM adaptation in a "Cloud first" strategy
• Participate in the preparation and operationalization of blueprint, processes, guidelines and strategies related to IAM and privileged access
• Function as an internal advisor and connection with our partner on infrastructure

We are looking for you who have competences within:

• Technical understanding within IT security, operating systems and applications
• Identity and access management, for example topics such as Single Sign-On, directories, federation protocols, RBAC and ABAC and certificate-based authentication / authorization, token-based IAM solutions and / or leading tools for IAM, Access Card management systems and surveillance solutions
• Development of IAM support tools, APIs and integrations
• Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English (written and oral) is a requirement

It's also an advantage with knowledge within:

• Identity Now from Sailpoint, the IAM tool chosen by DNB
• Microsoft active directory, including users and groups
• Cloud technology, like Azure and AWS
• Resolve/ServiceNow as case handler system
• Citrix / VDI /Remote desktop solutions
• Experience with PAM tools like Beyond Trust, Thycotic or CyberArk
