On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for Cost Controllers

Job Description:

• The Cost Controller is responsible for contributing in the project control function in the project. She/he shall be an active member of the Project Control Team.
• Establish and maintain accounting structures in SAP
• Establish work program and yearly budget for the project
• Status Reporting and presentation of status of project / team and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare economic reports from SAP
• Support in preparation of monthly reports
• Ensure contract/studies accounting
• Ensure invoice administration
• Support in updating of Manpower Projection Plan (MPP)
• Participate in Baseline updates
• Ensure that the accounts and financial management are carried out in line with relevant requirements, guidelines and accounting principles
• Coordinate input to monthly Cash-Call and accruals
• Advise Project Management on financial and commercial matters
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and coordinated and good working processes within the project, controllers and with other relevant functions 

Qualifications:

• Professional insight in combination with collaboration skills and a business mindset
• Good knowledge of the project control and cost management in particular
• Practical experience from early phase work and/or project execution
• Good understanding of the Project development process
• Good SAP/Excel/PIMS/PowerBI knowledge
• Language: Norwegian and English proficiency
