NOV Process & Flow Technologies is a leading global provider of topside processing units. We are currently seeking Warranty Coordinator to join our Lifecycle Services Team. In this role, you will laise with our service delivery team to resolve queries effectively for our clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• The Warranty Coordinator will be a member of the Lifecycle Services Team and act as a focal point for customer queries related to NOV equipment delivery which may result in warranty activities where required.
• The main objective of the role is to provide pro-active customer support 
• In this role, the warranty coordinator will work closely with the NOV teams responsible for the delivery of the equipment including operations, legal, finance, supply chain, engineering to engage with and meet the needs of our customers 
• All Warranty related requests will be recorded by the warranty coordinator and handled in agreement with and in conjunction with the NOV teams including the warranty manager. 
• Day to day support of incoming client queries.
• Establish cooperation and productive working relationship with key vendor and suppliers to ensure warranty and site query support 
• Monthly warranty data analysis and internal reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Engineering Degree or equivalent (desirable)

EXPERIENCE: 

• Technical understanding and experience with engineering, project execution and commissioning methods (desirable)
• Experience in similar role (desirable)
• Experience in an Oil & Gas Environment (desirable)
• Working across cross-functional and with international teams (essential)
• Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook) (essential)

SKILLS, TRAINING & SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE:

• Great communicator and can deal with management, suppliers, clients, internal departments, globally
• Good negotiating skills
• Knowledge of Commercial, conflict and Contractual issues
• Knowledge of Risk / Opportunity Management
