Job Description Summary
As the Lifecycle Management (LCM) Primary Materials Leader, you will be a key member of the Lifecycle Management Team within the global Engineering and Transformation function within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) in Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx). The role is responsible for implementation of new and improved primary material components throughout the product lifecycle. The leadership position is a key role that supports the PDx high growth environment, revenue expansion and variable cost productivity management across the ISC. In this position, you will lead a Team responsible for implementation of new and modified primary materials for contrast media and molecular imaging products within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC).

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as a champion and mentor for change and guide teams to deliver best in class primary materials processes within the ISC, liaising across the PDx organisation with partners to support patients, manufacturing and strategic project implementation.
- Proven expertise in change implementation within manufacturing environments with a disposition towards operational implementation.
- Role model partnership, transparency, speed to market at the right quality.
- Be a champion, driver for variable cost productivity in the primary materials space supporting development and implementation of improved and new primary material components and implementation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Be a champion for materials expertise throughout the organisation to support patient needs, manufacturing continuity of supply and strategic developments including new product introduction.
- Proactively identify, escalate, manage project risks, and lead mitigation actions.
- Be a leader that builds a best-in-class system with the LCM Team and partners that will define, implement, and sustain global standards and processes, constantly applying LEAN mindset and methods while fostering an LCM organization of learning and continuous improvement.
- Select, develop, and lead LCM talent to ensure the availability of highly competent people with the correct Values & Behaviors
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Engineering or Science or related field desired and relevant experience.
- Eager to lead the Team with a track record of owning and implementing changes within manufacturing sites.
- Experience in polymer materials advantageous.
- Fluency in English essential and other languages are helpful.
- Extensive experience in GMP manufacturing, preferably in sterile/aseptic fill finish or radiopharmaceuticals.
- Proven experience with timeline, management, and budgetary responsibility.
- Experience in preparing, reviewing regulatory submissions.
- Highly organised with strong disposition towards action, decision making and achievement of targets whilst partnering with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication, influencing and coaching skills.
- Ability to travel globally (10-20%)
