We are expanding, and we are looking for a Project Air Freight Forwarder to join our team.

Job description:

Planning, execution and follow up of national and international air transport assignments (import/export) on behalf of Norwegian and international customers.
Pricing and quotation of single assignments
Handling of required import/export documentation.
Communication with customers, airlines, subcontractors and our global network partners.
Registration of orders, invoicing and handling of vendor invoices in CargoWise.
Update and follow up orders in our order management systems VisioTrack.
Handling of billing / settlement of accounts through IATA Cargo Account Settlement Systems (CASS) / CASSlink.
Participate and contribute to bid processes and pricing of same.
Strategic, long term follow up of customers and airlines.

Qualifications:

Experience from airfreight operations / forwarding.
Experience from Air Chartering.
IATA DGR Certificate for Air Transport of Dangerous goods
MSc/BSc degree within logistics & supply chain.
Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education

Extensive computer / IT skills (Experience from CargoWise would be an advantage)

In order to extend the service offered to the Domestic- and International Project market, Peak Group and deugro group have established a project freight forwarding unit – K2 Project Forwarding. K2 is jointly owned by Peak Group AS and international deugro group. Both known players in the national and global project freight forwarding industry. K2 will act as an independent project freight forwarder, using both external partners and internal resources within the Peak Group and deugro group. This will give K2 the ability to serve its clients with a full scale of project freight forwarding services globally. K2 consists of highly experienced personnel with a long personal track record from projects in Norway and world wide.
