Exciting opportunity in offshore wind

Integrated Wind Solutions is seeking Vessel Managers to join us in managing our fleet of walk-to-work vessels supporting the offshore wind industry.

The Company is getting a series of new-build CSOV's delivered and we require skilled individuals to oversee the commercial operations and technical management of assigned vessels, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

The position will be relevant for individuals with a technical or operational background, preferably from shipping/offshore industry either ashore or onboard. IWS does operations and technical management in-house from our offices centrally located at Aker Brygge, Oslo.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial and technical operations of assigned vessels to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Continuously monitor vessel safety and operational performance
• Actively collaborate with the clients and vessel management team to ensure successful execution of vessel operations
• Conduct regular client and on-board visits and inspections

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of offshore vessel operations
• Relevant previous experience preferably from offshore or shipping industry
• Finance and budgeting skills
• Technical/maritime qualifications (preferably experience as officer at sea and/or relevant BSc/MSc degree)
