Your primary tasks will be:
Work closely with our scientists and assist in performing state of the art research by:
- Performing in in-vivo studies in mice
- Subculturing of cell lines
- Labeling of ligands with radioisotopes or fluorochromes
- Performing quality control of radiolabeled ligands
- Measuring and analysing blood samples from mice
- Preparing solutions and media
- Reporting laboratory experiments as part of a team
Assist in daily operations of the laboratory by:
- Receiving, shipping and inventorying laboratory materials and samples
- Coordinating service and maintenance of laboratory equipment as needed
Professional qualifications:
We imagine that you have a practical background on research within the drug discovery space.
You have experience (at least 1 year) in cell culture and in vivo studies in mice and you have an approved FELASA/CAREiN course that authorizes you to work with laboratory mice in Norway.
Experience with subcutaneous and intravenous injections in mice and with working with open radioactive sources in the radioligand therapeutic space is a plus.
Your communication skills in English are good, you have outstanding attention to details and quality and are self-driven and proactive.
