Customer Success Manager - NavFleet

Are you passionate about creating and maintaining long-lasting and healthy relationships with customers?

NAVTOR is currently looking for a candidate who can support our Vessel Performance Operations as "Customer Success Manager – NavFleet".

The Customer Success Mangers create engagement strategies with clients to develop a professional relationship through the provision of products and operational services, trainings and customer service.

Your new key responsibilities will be

  • Secure successful handovers from sales to operations
  • Secure successful onboarding of new customers
  • Secure customer retention together with sales managers
  • Facilitate customer meetings with preparation of content and presentation in collaboration with performance team
  • Facilitate training sessions with customers in collaboration with product managers
  • Systematically collection of customer usage and feedback
  • Ensure successful conversions of trial projects through proactively planning customer interactions and deliverables
  • Ensure customer success criterias and expectations are met

The position is perfect for the person with:

  • Excellent communicator and experienced in stakeholder management
  • Experienced in building and delivering presentations
  • Organized and good at planning ahead
  • Commercial flair and understand how to build a business case
  • Good understanding of shipping and role of stakeholders
  • Experience from customer success role, preferably within SaaS
