We are building our Maritime Energy Transition team and are looking for a highly motivated engineer with drive and strong interest in the green shift. This role presents a unique opportunity to work closely with a large network of companies, engaged in transitioning the maritime industry towards zero emissions. This includes market research, technology watch, techno-economic analyses, evaluation of technical solutions and following up suppliers in the maritime hydrogen industry. You will also play an important role in further development of digital market tools.

This position will be shared between Greensight and Ocean Hyway Cluster (OHC), presenting a unique opportunity to work closely with a large network of companies engaged in transitioning the maritime industry towards zero emission solutions. OHC is based in Florø, and is Norway's leading network for hydrogen solutions in maritime applications. Ocean Hyway Cluster is an Arena Pro program supported by Norwegian Innovation Clusters.


Main tasks and areas of responsibilities:

• Technical system evaluation- maritime and hydrogen value chain
•  Feasibility studies
•  Market analysis
•  Further development of Greensight's market tools
•  Early phase system design
•  Technology watch and assessment
•  Consultancy and project support

Tasks within the cooperation with OHC:

•  Keep track of market and supplier development
•  Technology watch
•  Project development- identify and initiate innovation projects
•  Contribute to ongoing projects (HyInfra 3.0)

Qualifications:

•  Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering
•  Relevant experience from maritime industry
•  Interest in technical solutions and innovation
•  Analytical, independent, responsible and structured
•  Solution oriented and can-do attitude
•  A genuine team player who contributes across the organization
•  Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English
