Global business services (GBS) is Statoil's internal supplier of global business support service including IT, finance, facility management, business support projects, human resources and communication.



The GBS organisation consists of approximately 2,200 employees located in 12 countries and at 30 different locations.



One of the business units in GBS is global deliveries. The sector global delivery communication (COM) is responsible for communication consultancy and development, publishing and languages, photo and film, marketing and events, paper based media, geology and print, electronic media and brand support services in Statoil.

The position as a photographer reports to the department of photo and film.

Tasks

• Photography is an important part of our brand. We are looking for a professional photographer that can take part in our development towards even better photography
  
• The photographer will contribute to all our communication channels as a photographer, photo-editor and advisor
  
• We are developing our communication in a multimedia direction and this will affect the work tasks in the future

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree/craft certificate or equivalent within photography
  
• Minimum five years of experience as a professional photographer
  
• Excellent Photoshop knowledge
  
• Lighting experience
  
• The ability to contribute to the further development of our visual expression
  
• Knowledge within digital storytelling
  
• FotoStation and video experience would be an advantage
  
• Strong Norwegian and English skills, written and oral
