NDT, Plant and Frosio Inspectors, and Metallograph/Dimensional/Thread Inspectors

Due to increased activity we are looking for inspectors within NDT, Plant Inspection and Frosio for project assignments onshore/offshore, and Metallurgical/Dimensional/Thread Inspectors

NDT Inspectors

Qualification requirements:

·        MT-PT-VT-UT-RT Level 2 according to ISO 9712  

Plant Inspectors

Qualification requirements:

·        NS 415 Level 1-2 or 3 

Frosio Inspectors 

Qualification requirements:

·        Frosio Level 1-2 or 3

For all positions is required:

·        Good language skills, Norwegian and English, oral and written

Personal skills

·        Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously

·        Very good communication skills

·        Independent, structured and flexible

Metallograph/Dimensional/Thread Inspectors 

Area of responsibilities:

 ·        Metallographic inspection of components/welds for use in onshore and offshore production, as per customer requirements

·        Dimensional inspection of components for use in onshore and offshore production, as per customer requirements and drawings.

·        Thread inspection of components for use in onshore and offshore production, as per standard DS1, NS1 and NS2.

·        Perform inspection in the field, lab and offshore, according to procedures and standards

·        Report completed inspections results to the Manager for the Metallographical department

·        Maintenance of lab equipment

·        Maintenance and cleaning of the company vans

Qualification requirements:

·        Education within Mechanical, Machine, Metallurgy-Materials or NDT

·        Certificates within Dimensional, Metallography and/or NDT inspection

·        Driving license

·        Good language skills, Norwegian and English, oral and written

Desired qualifications:

·        Offshore certificate

·        Crane- and forklift certificate

·        Knowledge of NDT and NDT procedures

 Personal skills

·        Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously

·        Very good communication skills in Norwegian and English

·        Independent, structured and flexible
