Inside Sales Representative • DistributionNOW – Stavanger, Norway
DistributionNOW is seeking to recruit an Internal Sales Representative to join and support their busy team based in the office in Stavanger, Norway.
This role will be responsible for servicing the oil and gas market and looking after our electrical product and cable sales. This role will interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders, place purchase orders and follow them through the invoicing process; source products with various and appointed suppliers to ensure correct quality, competitive price and delivery time; provide technical sales support, product consulting and regular order updates to customers; support business development efforts directly; cultivate and grow customer base to maximize financial results and support efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this role will have knowledge of hazardous area EX electrical products and be familiar with Cable supports, junction boxes, lighting, glands and cable.
All candidates should have the ability to show a positive attitude towards sales and be detail oriented, organised and analytical. They should be service oriented and self-motivated whilst willing to receive direction and should have relationship building abilities with both customers and co-workers. They will also require excellent oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English and should have excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
