Project Logistics Planner

RESPONSIBILITY / ANSVAR:

Preparation and completion of project delivery plan in small to medium EPC project in accordance with contract delivery schedule.
Final delivery of equipment and tools to customer according to Contract and project specific requirements
Responsible for initiating final inspection,follow-up and coordinate shipment to Company, SUT and SIT
Organizing and lead delivery planning meetings with all involved parties including customer prior to customer delivery.
Updating Delivery Plan according to approved Variation Orders

MAIN TASKS / HOVEDOPPGAVER:
Perform contract review to acquire knowledge of all Contract requirements relevant to the Project Delivery Planning function of the project
Give input/review to Project BOM regarding CPI list and Master Equipment List as required.
Attend DR3 of Project BOM to ensure tractability and practical completion of project logistics
Organizing and lead planning meetings with all involved parties including customer prior to customer delivery.
Give input and review Sales Order set up to make sure project can be executed according to Contract
Identify delivery milestones and establish Master Equipment List with dates and Logistic Plan..
Establish and fill in Delivery Dossier for each delivery to Company.
Prepare plans for project internal shipment to SIT and SUT test sites.
Initiate corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely delivery and efficient utilization of materials, equipment and tools.
Identify Potential Variations Orders and prepare input to Variation Order Requests.
Execute shipment based on FMC Technologies standard shipping agreements.

MS Office
SAP

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS / KRAV TIL ERFARING OG FORMELL UTDANNING:

Bachelor in technical field or Bachelor in Finance and Accounting preferred
Good written and oral English skills required.
Co-operative and service minded.
Good general computer skills.
Structured and organized.
