Front End Developer Qlik

Qlik developer, Insight Operations 

Right now we are looking for a curious developer to be part of our Insight Operations team in Analytics. I am Marius Frøisland, and I am looking for someone to take on the challenge of shaping the New Generation Telco with me and my team.  

Your next big challenge? 

As we are on journey of digital transformation we focus on continuous development of our solid digital solutions in both business and private markets.  

You will work closely with a team of four Qlik developers . My unit is a cooperative group who are passionate about new technology, and every day we strive to bring value to business. Insight Operations team is small, but it is critical in giving insight to our users and organization.  

Your main tasks are day to day maintenance of the Qlik platform, including performance tuning and optimization of existing applications, dashboards and reports. You will work closely with Business and other users in the organization and take part in different projects.   

Who are you? 

You know what it takes to solve complex cases and are not afraid of trying out new solutions that will fit your customers’ needs the best way possible. You don’t necessarily know much about a lot of systems, but you have some knowledge about each of them. For us it is important that you are a curious learner who is constantly building up your knowledge and we will of course help you get up to speed!  

As a Qlik developer you will receive inquiries from across the organization. To succeed in this role, the key is to be both service minded and always prioritizing what is best for our business.

Your experience 

You are likely to have minimum a bachelor’s degree within IT, Statistics, Mathematics or Web/Graphic Design, or a fascinating reason for not having one. To get up to speed in the role, it is important that you have at least six months experience with either of these tools: Qlik, Looker, Business Object, Oracle BI, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent. It is also a big plus if you have experience with support or operations.
