Exciting position as Project Manager in Visma
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven and structured project manager that should be part of empowering everyone in Visma to achieve more. We drive business process improvement to equip our Business Units to be successful in the markets they operate in. We are looking for you that can help delivering successful projects for our internal customers to optimize their business processes that support the use of our business systems.

As a project manager you will work across teams and locations. You will work closely with colleagues in the SMB Division Business Operations department, Product Unit and various business units.
Responsibilities:
The main task of the project manager is to successfully monitor and coordinate the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. You will be responsible for delivering successful technology change and business system implementation projects, with high focus on Timescales, Costs, Quality, Scope, Benefits and Risk. In our team, Project Management Office, we follow the Prince2 Methodology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor (or similar) in Business Administration, IT or Economics.
- Experience as a project manager and a track record of delivering on time and scope
- Prince2 Project Management Methodology competence or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement (e.g PMP or IPMA)
- Good communication, team-collaboration skills
- Planning skills, good at overall monitoring and cost/resource management
- Motivator and problem solver, understanding of the quality process and good at processing change requests
- Drive, pro-activeness and executing skills
- Reporting and documenting skills
- High level of technological understanding
- Deal with several matters at the same time
- Fluent in English
