• TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Comply with national laws and regulations, internal procedures, industry standards and customer requirements. 
•  Support Sales department on QHSSE topics in the bid phase of new projects. 
• Provide necessary support to Project Managers in planning and securing milestone results in projects
• Follow-up of plans, activity lists, internal/external requirements, and to ensure that a healthy QHSSE regime is established and complied with in the projects. 
• Report QHSSE status, HSSE incidents, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and results from root cause analysis to Project Management (PM) and Line Management (LM). 
• Participate in preparing procedures, work instructions, process flow charts etc. relevant for the activities in Subsea Systems. 
• Establish and ensure processes to secure customer integration by analyze and monitor fulfillment of contractual and committed requirements as well as managing the professional feedback to and from the customer including complaints. 
• Facilitate and perform Risk & Opportunity workshops, Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) etc. 
• Facilitate and conduct Lessons Learned/Experience transfer workshops - throughout the project, as part of Non-Conformance (NC) investigations and to learn from success. 
• Ensure execution of quality gate process through active involvement in readiness checks and participation in quality gate meetings. 
• Plan and conduct project audits, assessments, reviews and participate in status meetings. Ensure implementation of improvement measures. 
• Support the implementation of an infrastructure and culture for continuous improvement in cooperation with the management and employees in the organization. 
• Support employees and management on QHSSE topics. 
• Represent the organization during customer/3rd party audits and general customer/supplier interaction. 

• QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2-5 years experience from position as QMiP/HSEMiP (Quality Manager in Project/HSE Manager in Project)
• We are looking for a skilled, proactive, structured and conscientious person who can take on the role of QMiP/HSEMiP in various development and delivery projects. Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English (in writing and orally).
