For our client we are looking for a HR Representative in Tananger.
Startup: As soon as possible
Duration: 5 months
Areas of responsibility:
• New comer orientation
• Summer interns onboarding and follow-up
• Sick leave follow up
• Exit interviews
• Potential temporary lay-off / Individual letters
• ePCX
• SAP experience
• Achieving of terminated employees
• STA
• Inform internal candidates not successful in internal job postings
• Follow-up outstanding vacation to make sure vacation is taken during summer-time
• People Connect validations
Rrequirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience within HR
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Self-going and proactive
