Our Senior Document Controllers ensures that project related documentation/information is properly captured, cataloged and controlled using project applied systems. This includes documentation from our suppliers as well as for internal product lines. The Senior Document Controllers also prepares reports for projects and are contact point for client for our information management and documentation in projects

Main Responsibility:

• Support projects in meeting contractual requirements related to document handling

• Controls all technical documentation related to department and project activities

• Assist project with planning and follow up on information management activites and documentation status

• Handles and registers all outgoing and incoming transmittals

• Checks document and transmittal quality
• Manages supplier documentation

• Creates customer records and prepare documents for transmittal to client

• Analyzes and collects a variety of information for reports

• Participates in meetings as required

• Assists with development, maintenance and improvement of document control work processes

• High school diploma (Professional / Technical diploma preferred)

• 4 years of experience in similar role
• Professional English
• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to evaluate alternatives and make decisions within established procedures

• Ability to identify deviations to set procedures and contribute to problem resolution

• Capable of adapting to changes in processes and systems

• Very good knowledge in ProArc
• Familiar with SAP DMS functions is a preference
