UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an aspiring UX/UI designer who will contribute to creating exceptional user experiences that engage and delight our clients and their customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional team to understand project goals and user requirements
• Conduct user research and gather insights to make informed design decisions
• Develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
• Create intuitive and user friendly interfaces that align with industry best practices
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and optimize user experiences
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs throughout the whole process
• Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance design processes

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects
• Relevant education or practical experience
• The possibility to work at least 50% of your working hours physically at one of our offices (Trondheim/Oslo)
• Knowledge of Figma or the ability to learn
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Norwegian and ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients

Nice to have

• Background in UX writing, illustration, animation, 3D design or other UX related / visual arts specialities
• Up-to-date knowledge of Accessibility Guidelines
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and platforms such as Webflow, Wordpress, Sanity, Umbraco
