Workshop Technician

For one of our clients we are searching for a Workshop Technician

Job Description:

• Perform work in accordance with Company procedures
• Ensure that working instructions, procedures and ethical guidelines are understood and followed
• Ensure that HSE regulations are understood and followed
• Contribute to a good work environment
• If requested, assist Workshop Supervisor in training of new personnel
• Contribute to the implementation of 5S
• Respect and endorse the importance of tidy/cleanliness
• Quality -assure own work and report non-conformities
• Participate in training relevant to performance of Work
• Perform maintenance/testing on subsea equipment according to scope description in Service Orders and Procedures
• Perform SJA
• Contribute to Risk Analyses
• Report executed maintenance and testing
• Report need for maintenance and calibration of Workshop Tools
• Troubleshoot Workshop Tools and relevant Subsea Products
• Interpret and read hydraulic circuits
• Troubleshoot hydraulic equipment
• Interpret and read electric circuits
• Troubleshoot electro mechanics equipment
• Contribute to improve workshop processes and documentation
• Make sure working area and workshop is tidy/clean and safe
• Take part in modifications and project assignment when required

Qualifications:

• Certificate of relevant apprenticeship (Subsea Installation, Mechanic, Automation, Electro etc.)
• Relevant experience
• Knowledge about relevant subsea equipment and tools is preferred
• Good oral and written English language skills
• T1 – T4 and G4 is preferred, but not required
