COSL is looking for a Competence & Training Manager for our onshore team in Forus. The successful candidate must identify with and adhere to our company core values; Honesty, Motivation and Cooperation.   Duties and responsibilities . Team leader for Training Department. . Coordinate with on- and offshore management with regards to ensuring employees competence status and planning of training activities or education as required.   . Support on- and offshore management with budgeting, forecasts and cost control with regards to training and competence development.    . Coordinate the internal Competence Assurance Group.   . Maintain and update all CDE Competence Matrixes and other documents stating competence requirements for on- and offshore positions - ensuring that competence requirements are in accordance with laws and regulations that apply as well as internal and customer requirements.   . Function as specialist advisor for the Procurement department with regards to contracts and issues with suppliers of training activities.   . CDE's professional representative on training and competence requirements- and systems. . Follow up on and assist in developing IT systems/ software related to the Competence & Training function.   .  Keep track on competence and training requirements and ensure that all personnel in their defined area of responsibility are updated or have a short-term plan for closing competence gaps.     Qualifications   Preferably a Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent     Experience   3-5 years relevant management experience from the oil and gas industry Good language skills in English writing and oral   Proactive with regards to improving processes and digitalization of administration and case handling Advanced IT skills     Contact person:     Osvald Borgen HR & Adm Director    +47 51 95 09 21
