Oliasoft is strengthening the Customer Success team.
We are strengthening our customer success department to join our growing team in Oslo. In Oliasoft you will be working with one of Norway’s most interesting and innovative technology companies within the oil and energy sector.
Oliasoft was founded in 2015 by oil and software industry experts. By combining commercial and academic knowledge with modern software platforms and distributions we contribute to digitizing the oil and energy sector. In cooperation with major Norwegian and international operators such as Equinor, Aker BP and Chevron we are developing an application that satisfies the high requirements set for oil and gas software. The Oliasoft team consists of 15 highly skilled full-time employees with knowledge from software development, math, physics and the oil and gas industry.

As a part of Oliasoft’s customer success team you will work directly with customers, sales and product development to help ensure successful adoption of our products and services. You will be responsible for Oliasoft’s main customers in addition to manage the company’s business relations and strive for our customers success. Together with the team you will participate in building Oliasoft’s sales strategy and look for new customers.
What you will be doing:
Participate in developing Oliasoft’s sales plan
Find the best combination of Oliasoft’s products to meet the customers needs
Arrange meetings with possible customers and prepare sales pitches and material
Following sales processes through from the first pitch to the signing of a contract
Be responsible for Oliasoft’s main customers and develop customer journeys and sales processes based on the specific needs of each customer
B2B-sales
What we are looking for:
A service minded employee that’s passionate about sales wanting the customer to have the best experience possible
Experience or knowledge about the oil and gas industry would be an advantage in order to understand the customer’s needs
Ego-less team player that collaborates well with the rest of our team
Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Norwegian
Experience from consulting or similar work
Good communication skills
