Strong customer focus is one of the values at Hansen, and we are now looking for a dedicated and reliable Key Account Manager to handle some of our key Norwegian accounts.
Our new Key Account Manager must have flair for working directly with customers, used to C-level relationship and a strong sense of diligence and responsibility.
We are hiring this position to any of our offices in Oslo, Trondheim, Hamar, Lillehammer, Førde, or Dale i Sunnfjord.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Proactively and professional manage the client relationship on all levels
- Present new products, features and services to the customer
- Contracts and amendments
- Manage contract obligations
- Work closely with our Delivery and Service Teams, Product Development and Finance department
Qualifications and personality traits:
- Experience with direct customer contract from e.g. account management or sales role
- Relevant educational background e.g. within software, engineering, business or finance
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels across organizations
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentations skills
- Pro-active, responsible and trustworthy
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Fluent in Norwegian and English - both written and verbal
