Account Manager - RoomSketcher

Experience with new sales and want to be part of our completely new B2B Sales Team? RoomSketcher is expanding!

RoomSketcher started in 2007. We have developed an online floor plan app that lets people create floor plans, furnish and decorate them and visualize the property in impressive 3D. In addition, we offer Floor Plan Services, where people can send us a sketch and have a professional floor plan delivered next Business Day. Today, we are proud to say that we have more than one million users and customers, coming from more than 178 countries. More than 2 million projects have been created using the RoomSketcher App.

On behalf of RoomSketcher, Adecco Select is searching for 2 Account Managers to target new customers in Sweden and Norway. Your day will consist of prospecting, contacting potential new customers, closing deals, as well as handling inbound leads in your territory. Our target segments are within real estate, ranging from appraisers, real estate agents, real estate photographers, developers, housing manufacturers and more.

For the last years, RoomSketcher has focused on online international sales with great success. To fully realize the market potential and get more recurring customers, we see that we need dedicated Account Managers to engage with potential customers. We see a huge, untapped potential for B2B sales in Sweden and Norway and we are now establishing a B2B Sales Team to address this market. 

As an ideal candidate, you are forward-leaning and you enjoy a structured sales approach. As one of our new Account Managers, you will play an important role in a company that has great ambitions for growth in the near future – and you can be part of it!

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • New sales in territory
  • Targeted outbound sales
  • Prospecting
  • Handle inbound leads in territory
  • Onboarding of new customers 
  • Follow up your own customer portfolio

Profile for this role: 

  • Passion for sale and a drive to succeed
  • Customer-first-mentality with ability to empathize and build customer relationships
  • A genuine interest in helping customers get the most out of our solutions and good at explaining things to our customers
  • Be able to handle a large amount of requests in one day and to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and be able to meet deadlines consistently

Professional requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree, but relevant work experience can compensate for this
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience with structured B2B sales
  • Experience with sales in real estate is a plus
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Master Swedish and/or Norwegian
  • Tech savvy with an interest in working with current technologies within a business environment
