Service Coordinator

Wärtsilä Moss AS is a global leader in the development, design, manufacturing and after sales services for Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems and Inert Gas / Nitrogen systems for marine and offshore applications. Our Customers are shipyards, ship owners and oil companies world-wide.

We are now searching for an engaged and dedicated Service Coordinator for our Inert Gas Systems team.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Coordinate resources and materials for service and commissioning jobs.
Coordinate and handling sub supplier delivery.
Supervise and coordinate operative daily activities and team in order to reach quality and efficiency targets as well as ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that relevant documentation are created to relevant stakeholders
Secure timely reporting and invoicing of executed jobs
Participate in development of new working methods within own responsibility area.


REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience from relevant maritime industries / positions.
Technical background.
Computer skills (Office).
SAP.
System and structure oriented.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Service and team minded.
Structured, good attention to detail and self-motivating.
Familiar with class requirements and other relevant regulations.

Tertiary education in a relevant field.
Experience from commissioning/service/delivery/maintenance of process systems.
Experience from marine or offshore industry.
