The L&D Sea & Shore is a new position in the company, established to develop the company's learning and development systems in line with its business strategy. The role is central to ensure structured and innovative L&D projects together with global colleagues.

This position is an exciting and challenging opportunity for you who have a passion for developing people and learning systems, both through digital and traditional methods. You have pedagogic skills and an eye for making learning easy and fun. The position is a part of the global HR team and typical tasks for the position are;

• Develop and administrate digital learning modules,
• Develop onboarding and talent programs for shore staff
• Conduct annual training needs analysis
• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives
• Build the competence management system
• Initiate and administrate employee surveys and training
• Support with HR tasks when needed

We are looking for you who have some experience within HR and training, are well organized and service-oriented. You have a strong focus on continuously seeking new learning tools, structure learning system as well as being willing to assist in some HR matters. Experience with coaching as well as safety is a plus, however, good communication and collaboration skills are most important. You are a likeable professional and you can work systematically with development of a learning activities. If you can inspire colleagues and managers to learn and develop to adapt to a constantly changing environment you can be the right person for the role.

Successful candidates have relevant education within HR or pedagogics, possibly in combination with coaching. Alternatively, you have relevant work experience within HR and L&D work (> 3 years). The company's international character requires good English language skills, and an international mindset.

The position is located in Bergen and report to Head of HR Sea & Shore.
