Enterprise Architecture is part of the Corporate IT Function based in Oslo and has a enterprise wide mandate for the overall information architecture, information security, platform roadmaps and an integral part of the on-going digitalization of the company. The team reports to Aker Solutions CIO and consists of five experienced architects covering overall enterprise architecture in addition to data, platform, integration and collaboration domains. We are now looking to strengthen our team with architects that understand the challenges and possibilities with new technology, and how information architecture and corresponding data flow creates value for the business.

Responsibilities and Tasks 

The Information Security Manager is responsible for ensuring that information security in Aker Solutions is managed according to stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to: 

• Maintain and operate an Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001
• Communicate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure that all providers of relevant services support AKSO’s information security objectives
• Drive development and compliance to information security strategy, vision and objectives
• Safeguard information security control objectives through participating in design definition and design reviews

Qualifications and Personal Qualities 

Your expected qualifications, experience and personal attributes:

• University level
• 10+ years relevant experience from industry, consulting or supplier background
• Experience with developing and maintaining ISO frameworks
• Experience from auditing process performance and compliance
• Experience from emergency management·Good at stakeholder management
• Industry knowledge is preferable
• In depth understanding of cyber security and current landscape
• Ability to develop and maintain Information Security strategy
• Ability to Envision, Engage and Execute
• Cross-cultural management
• Service-minded
• Analytical
