Senior Automation Engineer

To meet the significant growing demand for the Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems we need to have the necessary employees to help us reach our ambitious goals. Knowledgeable personnel within Technical Support is crucial in every step of the project delivery. We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Automation Engineer to our Technical Support Team. New employee will work with technical support and training within systems and products in the various delivery projects.

As a Electrical & Automation Engineer, you will support the Engineering Teams in Norway, Finland and Poland. Solve technical issues related to scrubber systems, it's products and component before hand-over to warranty. You will be a part of a team with technical competence and experience from scrubber installations and operations. Support to the commissioning and startup team, troubleshooting and provide technical training of commissioning teams around the world. As the EGC System is quite complex the position requires a solid technical background in scrubber technology.

- Extensive knowledge of scrubber technology
- Operational / commissioning experience within Marine Industry

Knowledge within the following areas are considered an advantage:
- PLS programming (Schneider Unity Pro)
- HMI programming / design (Schneider/Vijeo designer)
- Electrical system design (E-plan)
- Citect programming
- VSD configuration (Schneider SoMove)

Education:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Automation / Control / Electrical Engineering

Experience:
3-10 years of experience within E&A Engineering
