Logistics Specialist

Job Description:
Support material management activities for the Boeing 737 Component Services Programs (CSP). Work within customer facility in, Gardermoen, Norway to process customer exchange requests for serviceable rotable airplane parts. Work with both customer systems and Boeing systems to order and track serviceable exchange parts and unserviceable removed parts. Responsible for daily coordination with several customer departments and different Boeing locations. Coordinate shipments of parts to and from customer facility. Communicate technical activities between customer and Boeing. Work with the Boeing team to develop solutions to current and emerging Component Services Program support and related issues.

Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic attitude, high ethics, and a demonstrated track record of successfully working independently under pressure in a time-constrained environment. Needs to possess customer-focused business judgment and strong interpersonal working skills. Must have a tolerance for organizational complexity and needs to be a very strong, committed team player. Outstanding communication skills. Develops conclusions and recommends solutions to problems. Confers with personnel at all levels within the company and with external customers to identify and resolve issues. Software proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Able to produce quality written communications in English.

Education Requirements:
Written and spoken fluency in both Norwegian and English required. Experience with airline maintenance operations. Experience in material management. Experience working directly with airline customers.
