A cozy 7m² room is available in spacious and newly renovated apartment in Grünerløkka.
The apartment is fully equipped. The furniture includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. High-speed Wi-Fi is available and heating is included in the rent.

The bedroom is 7m², has a large window, and comes with a desk and chair, a comfortable single bed with mattress and pillows, and a drawer and hanger for clothes.
We also have storage space in the basement.

The apartment is located in a really nice area with many bars and restaurants around and with low car traffic. The location is also very convenient: plenty of stores around to do groceries with KIWI (150m), REMA1000 (550m), Extra (350m), and Birkelunden park (500m) all within easy reach. Plenty of transport options, with the Københavngata stop 2 minutes away, offering bus routes 20, 21, 28, and the Flybussen. The Dælenenga stop is equally close at 2 minutes (bus 30), while Birkelunden stop is a 5-minute walk and serves tram lines 12, 15, and 18. Carl Berners plass is 8 minutes away and provides extensive transport connections, including T-bane.

The rent is 9300 NOK per month (including heating).
There are additional bills such as electricity, content insurance and internet. The invoice will be sent out every month and the price is divided by 2 equally. Each of us usually pays approximately 500NOK per month.

You will be sharing the apartment with Mario (29), from Italy.
I have been living in Norway since 2024 and currently work at the University of Oslo.
I am looking for someone who wants to maintain a pleasant and friendly environment, but also enjoys a quiet and calm apartment, especially during the week.
