Very well equipped motor home for rent. It is easy to drive and can be driven on a regular B driving license.

Sleeps 6: 2 large double beds-one at the rear and one alcove (above the driver area) both of which have safety nets for children- and a sitting area that you can easily convert into an additional bed.

Fully equipped with kitchen items: cutlery, glasses, plates,etc.

Awning and ground sheet for seating area outside. Camping table, chairs, outside kitchen, electric grill, washing line and high chair can be included upon request.

Bicycle rack for 4 bicycles. NB! this is intended for normal bicycles/mtb. Electric bikes are much heavier and then it is only allowed to have 2.stk. This is because attachments to the wall can be pulled out in case of overload.

The motorhome has a Truma heating system that runs on gas and electricity. Gas cooker with three burners, and fridge on electricity/gas.

Seating area for 4 people + 2 front driver's seats, beds for 6 people,

Toilet with washbasin and shower. Hot water tank on gas/electricity. Own waste water tank.

The car is rented out with equipment for filling up water, kitchen items, gas bottle, toilet box, etc.

A new navigation system, DAB+ and Car Play (Apple and Android) has been installed. This is connected to the reversing camera.

RENTAL PRICE AND DEPOSIT:

Weekly rent: Rented from Sunday to Sunday unless otherwise agreed. The time is agreed between the lessor and the lessee. Daily rental fee is NOK 2100. Total price for 7 days including outside washing is then NOK 14700. In August minimum 7 days and in September and 1st half of October minimum is 5 days. The other months of year rental is not available.

Deposit regardless of rental period NOK 10000. The agreed rental price is paid 4 weeks before the rental period starts, possibly by agreement. The deposit is paid when the lease is signed.

The rent includes mileage of 200 km per day. Beyond this, NOK 3.5 per km in addition.

Tolls, ferries, speeding fines, parking fines, etc. are paid by the tenant. (Afterwards payed via VIPPS/bank transfer).

CLEANING AND EMPTYING:

The motorhome must be returned in the condition it was in when it was delivered. This means that the mobile home must be emptied of personal items and cleaned after use. Rubbish must be thrown away, all surfaces including the stove and fridge must be cleaned. This also includes washing/emptying the toilet, toilet cassette and waste water tank. Emptying must be done at an approved station.

Sheets and protective covers on mattresses must be removed and placed in the shower before handing them in.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation of an order up to 4 weeks before the rental period, the deposit is returned in full. If the order is canceled after this, the deposit is lost in its entirety.

WHATS INCLUDED:

The car is delivered with the following equipment:

1 full 10kg gas cylinder

Water in fresh water tank + equipment for refilling fresh water

Full diesel tank, this must be filled up again upon delivery

1. set of level blocks for use in parking

1. package of toilet paper and chemicals for toilet

15 meter approved power cable + transition to 3 x 230V

Outdoor kitchen and furniture

Bicycle rack

WHAT IS OPTIONAL:

Towels, bed linen, pillows and duvets. NOK 450 per BED (2 people)

EXTRA FEES:

Fee for unfulfilled conditions: Emptying and cleaning of toilet, toilet cassette/wastewater tank not carried out NOK 1,500 Cleaning/emptying the interior of the car not carried out NOK 500 The diesel tank must be filled up upon delivery. If not carried out, a fee of NOK 200 + NOK 30 per litre.

OTHER:

Mandatory inside cleaning is included regardless of the rental period.

Smoking is prohibited in the motorhome, violations result in the loss of the deposit which must cover cleaning/cleaning of the motorhome. Animals are only allowed by agreement, violations result in the loss of the deposit which must cover cleaning/cleaning of the mobile home.

Subletting of the motorhome is not permitted.
