I am selling my RS Aero 7 with a heavy heart, and I am sharing some details about her below.

If you are looking for an agile racing boat or an easy and low-maintenance sailboat to use as a cabin boat in a summer location, this one is a great candidate!

The RS Aero is an extremely fun boat! She is light, quick, and responsive, making sailing dynamic and safe. The sails are full-battened on top, making the mainsail quite easy to trim and depower.

The boat is a high-tech "Jolle" with a hull built from a sandwich of fiberglass and foam, with the most critical parts reinforced by carbon fiber, making it strong and super light! The hull alone weighs 30 kg, and fully rigged, the boat weighs 40 kg, making it easy to launch from the beach or a club ramp.

This boat was bought new last year in March and has been well maintained. There are no marks of use on the hull, rigging, or rudder, only a small damage on the daggerboard that has been properly fixed with epoxy resin. The boat has never crashed or had any other repairs carried out.

There is no water ingress in the hull, and after sailing, not a single drop comes out from the plug located on the stern.

The boat comes with an almost new TackTick, bought in August last year, and an original support bracket made of carbon. Some small spare parts (mainly blocks) are included.

The boat is prepared for transportation and can be lifted onto the top of a car with bars, as the weight of the complete boat plus beach trolley does not exceed 60 kg. I drove mine from Oslo to Stavanger without any problems.

The price of a new boat is 147,000 NOK, and considering the condition of this boat, it is a bargain! :)
