Beskrivelse
We are moving abroad and selling our beloved X-79 (Belatrix). The boat was bought in 2021 and used all-year round mainly for small trips with my kids inside the Trondheim Fjord and regattas every now and then. The X-79 is the first model of X-yachts, a fantastic and very fast sailing boat. The boat announced has the serial number 48 and was produced in Denmark. It comes with a full wardrobe with 8 sails in various conditions though none of them is new. 7 of the 8 sails are functional, the exception is the second main sail (there are 2) where the window is tearing apart and needs to be stitched up. I never used that sail tough.
The boat has a Mariner 6hp outboard motor and an external 10L fuel tank. The motor carburetor needs some cleaning as it wasn't used in a while. The boat has some water coming in from the rigging holes on the deck and through the mast when it rains and will require some sealing work in some spots. Some sheets have been replaced with Dyneema 78 and the boat comes with a brand new Liros Dyneema 78 main halyard that I didn't have time to replace yet. All cushions were washed and stored in a dry place. The previous owner had anti-fouling applied just before I bought it and the hull is in very good conditions.
Reklamasjonsrett ved kjøp fra privatperson
Normalt gjelder 2 års reklamasjonsfrist mot skjulte feil og mangler. Reklamasjonsretten brukes hvis produktet er i dårligere stand enn det du hadde grunn til å forvente, basert på informasjon du har fått fra selger. Vær oppmerksom på at begge parter kan fraskrive seg reklamasjonsretten dersom dette er tydelig spesifisert i en kjøpekontrakt.
