1.Connect plug in vest with battery
2.On: Press button”on”for 3 seconds to switch on the power
4.When the display flashes “red color” , it means the power is 90 %
5.When the display flashes “bule color ”?it means the power is 60%
6.OFF: Press button”green ”, it means the power is 30%

1.The battery& charger are specially made for this item, pls do not use them on somewhere else
2.To make full use of the battery, pls charge the battery over 12 hours for the first 3 time. 
The light on charger turns green when the battery is full
