This board absolutely flies in smaller waves up to 6ft, it maintains a good amount of volume in the sizes and would be suitable for a range of surfers looking to really inject some bang into their surfing.
The blunt nose makes the Misfit look like a modern small wave groveller when in fact the outline and overall profile results in a board more than capable in good overhead conditions and the round tail enjoys more speed and allows the rider to really push his turns on the face for radical performance. This simple and attractive shape has embraced ‘less is more’ school of thought with a generous planing surface and nothing to hinder it’s progress. If you’re looking for an every-day sled that’ll perform at your local break in conditions as well as on your travels in almost any conditions you’re likely to encounter at home and overseas then the Misfit is the board for you.
