The single chambers are stackable up to three units and independant regarding the controls and power supply. The oven is suitable for baking pizzas directly on the refractory stone or baking pans, and can blame the bustle of a large restaurant kitchen. Ovnen har følgende funksjoner: Electric self-adjusting outlet for the hood. Microprocessor that optimizes power consumption that controls 6 different energy zones. The oven has 3 different baking programs. Integrated outlet so the ozone and vapors can easily be routed to the hood even though several ovens are stacked on top of each other and they do not enter the other compartments. Auto switch-on system (twice a day with 3 different baking programmes). The oven is maintained at the front.
