Retro 51 black and gold fountain pen, new in original wooden box with original paper sleeve. It was called the 200 Series or the Classic 200. They stopped making this series in about 1999-2000.
The white plastic covering on the tip is hiding the fountain pen nib, and is proof that it's never been used. The nib says "iridium point" on the gold nib with silver colored edge at the top. It seems to be a nr 5 nib if I measured it correctly (5mm wide at the base where it enters the pen). The pen uses regular fountain pen ink cartridges. I got this pen in the early to mid-1990's I think, but never used it.
