Professional qualification in Sales, Project Management or Business Management.
Pro-active, self motivated and able to work as part of a team

Knowledge & Experience Essential:
Proven track record in a Deck Machinery Business Development role.
Engineering or Sales related work experience
Skills Essential:
IT literate with Microsoft Package experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Preferred:
Driven with thorough attention to detail
Flexible with a determined and ambitious approach to Sales
International travel experience
Experience of managing client accounts
Experience of ERP and CRM Packages
Full knowledge of International Winch and Deck Machinery markets, products and associated drive and power systems including applications
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering
