We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist with focus on end user experience based in Oslo to support our employees at Clear Channel in the Northern Europe region. As a Service Desk Specialist you are part of a IT Service team of 3 people currently, the other 2 are based in Stockholm, Sweden. IT Service is part of a bigger Tech Northern Europe team and a Tech Europe organization that consists of many teams such as Infrastructure, App and Product Owners and Security. We focus on having a team that works very well together, team spirit and cooperation. We weigh an excellent service mindset and communication skills over technical skills. Our main objective is to deliver an excellent IT experience for our colleges.

We work with incidents and tasks in a ticketing system and the tickets come from mail and walk-ins, no phone lines. Normal office hours apply, weekdays 08-16. You will be reporting to the Head of IT Services, Northern Europe.

Since the position is situated in Oslo all applicants must speak and write fluent Norwegian.


The job involves:

·       Providing excellent IT support to Clear Channel employees in all Nordic countries + Baltics and Poland and by extension many other European countries.

·       Frequent travelling to our offices in all Nordic countries, especially to Copenhagen, Denmark.

·       Purchasing IT equipment, installations and asset management.

·       IT support in Microsoft environment, Windows computers and mobile phones.

·       Active Directory and Office 365 administration.

·       Identifying processes and services to improve, suggest actions and implement them.

·       Working independently and prioritizing your own work.

·       ... and most importantly providing world class IT experience to our employees.

Qualifications:

·       Skilled at analyzing IT incidents and problems and logic troubleshooting.

·       Fluent in English in both speech and writing.

·       Powershell scripting.

·       Handle stress and ability to prioritize your own work.

·       Positive and high team spirit.
